america disappoints reality show contestants
As backward as it may seem, tonight, America, we have let down the idiots on our television. How? Why, by viewing their little game as our own entertainment, instead of as an opportunity for them to display the precise height of their horses. Didn't you know that they joined Big Brother to establish a moral high ground? To be confronted by the truly horrible (a hot blonde who is smarter and more competitive than them!) and then be thoroughly sickened by it? I know it's confusing, because their preachy tripe is broadcast to us during primetime on a major network for the purpose of garnering viewers and thus, ad revenue, but let us not be fooled. Tonight, we have put our collective character into question. We have denied these worthy and decent houseguests the opportunity to prove their love to their husbands and mothers, when it is so clearly for them that they chose to leave and live in front of cameras for two months in the first place.
I for one, feel just awful. I don't know if I'll be able to sleep tonight.
