Observation: Random puppy montages are pleasing to me.

Hypothesis: A random puppy montage, when placed in any other situation, will always make that situation more pleasing to me.

Test: I will place the random puppy montage on an already pleasing picture, and gauge my reaction.

Conclusion: Puppies, though pleasing, cannot hold a candle to Dick Cheney. Their adorable faces appear trivial and ridiculous when juxtaposed with the quiet elegance of the veep's Nixon-esque stance. Hence, I will retire these puppies forthwith.
